Between land and sea the Villa Cave is a renewed finca, close to Santa Eulalia. Around 400 square meters this modern property is surrounded by terraces and stone walls with the typical Ibizan minimalist charm, in a 25,000 plot..
The Villa consists of 6 double bedrooms (convertible in twin beds) with bathroom, air conditioning is available in all the rooms.
There is a main body composed by a big living room who watch directly to the pool and the surrounding, a spacious dining room and a semi- open kitchen.
There are also 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower.
In the Pavillion area we find 2 bedrooms, en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The property includes a covered veranda with dining room and a large swimmingpool.
